Question 1

Who regulates medical waste in Roswell, GA?

Accepted Answer

The Georgia Environmental Protection Division (EPD), part of the Department of Natural Resources, regulates biomedical waste under Rule 391-3-4-.15, "Biomedical Waste," in Georgia's Rules for Solid Waste Management.
