1. Use of Website and Services

The content on https://www.envicare.net is provided for general information regarding EnviCare's medical waste disposal, sharps disposal, pharmaceutical disposal, NAID AAA document shredding, e-waste destruction, and online compliance training services. Specific waste collection, transportation, and destruction services provided to customer facilities are governed by your signed EnviCare Customer Service Agreement and applicable state and federal regulations.

2. SMS / Text Messaging Terms of Service

If you consent to receive SMS from EnviCare, LLC, you agree to receive conversational customer care, service scheduling, pickup confirmation, missed-call follow-up, and billing/account notification SMS messages from us.

  • Opt-Out Instructions: Reply STOP to opt-out at any time. Upon receiving your STOP request, we will send a one-time confirmation text and will no longer send SMS messages to your number unless you opt back in.

  • Support / Help Instructions: Reply HELP for support, or contact us directly at 888-697-6342 or care@envicare.net.

  • Rates & Charges: Message & data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

  • Message Frequency: Messaging frequency may vary based on your service schedule, account activity, and interactions with our team.

  • No Third-Party Sharing: No mobile opt-in or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates.

  1. Providing verbal or written consent to an EnviCare team member over the phone, by email, or on your customer onboarding paperwork.

Consent to receive SMS text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from EnviCare, LLC.

4. Carrier Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
